evidence. DoEStat ships it — four artifacts that fit together and can be presented
as one package during an audit.
Audit-Trail
Lückenlose ÄnderungshistorieGap-free change history
Jede Aktion — anlegen, bearbeiten, importieren, auswerten, optimieren,
exportieren — wird mit Zeitstempel (UTC), Benutzer und App-Version fortgeschrieben.
Jeder Eintrag trägt den SHA-256-Hash des Projektstands davor und danach, sodass
die Einträge eine prüfbare Kette bilden: nachträgliches Ändern oder Löschen fällt
auf. Angelehnt an 21 CFR Part 11 § 11.10(e) und
EU Annex 11 § 9; elektronische Signaturen über das Projekt-Manifest
nach § 11.50 (Unterzeichner, Zeitpunkt, Bedeutung).
Every action — create, edit, import, analyze, optimize, export — is
appended with a UTC timestamp, the user and the app version. Each entry carries the
SHA-256 hash of the project state before and after it, so the entries form a
verifiable chain: later edits or deletions become visible. Modelled on
21 CFR Part 11 § 11.10(e) and EU Annex 11 § 9;
electronic signatures over the project manifest per § 11.50 (signer, time,
meaning).
IQ / OQ
Qualifizierung beim KundenQualification at the customer site
Beim ersten Start einer installierten Version schreibt DoEStat einen
IQ-Bericht (Installation Qualification) als PDF: Version,
Installationspfad, Umgebung. Der OQ-Selbsttest läuft in der
Anwendung unter Hilfe → OQ-Selbsttest, rechnet 47 definierte Prüfungen
gegen hinterlegte Referenzwerte samt Toleranz nach und stellt ein Zertifikat aus —
Betriebs-Verifikation auf der Maschine, auf der später gerechnet wird.
On the first start of an installed version DoEStat writes an
IQ report (installation qualification) as a PDF: version,
installation path, environment. The OQ self-test runs inside the
application under Help → OQ self-test, re-computes 47 defined checks
against stored reference values including tolerances and issues a certificate —
operational verification on the very machine the work will run on.

Die Traceability-Matrix verbindet für jede statistische Methode fünf
Dinge in einer Zeile: Literatur-Referenz → implementierende Quelldatei →
absichernder Unit-Test → zugehörige OQ-Prüfung → Toleranz. Sie wird aus den
Referenz- und OQ-Katalogen generiert und von einem Test festgenagelt: Läuft eine
Methode aus der Matrix, schlägt der Build fehl — die Dokumentation kann nicht
unbemerkt vom Code abdriften.
The traceability matrix links five things in a single row for every
statistical method: literature reference → implementing source file → guarding unit
test → matching OQ check → tolerance. It is generated from the reference and OQ
catalogs and pinned by a test: if a method drops out of the matrix, the build
fails — the documentation cannot silently drift away from the code.

Changelog nach PrüfaufwandChangelog by re-validation effort
Jede Änderung im Changelog ist danach eingestuft, welchen
Re-Validierungsaufwand sie auslöst — von „rein kosmetisch“ bis „betrifft den
Rechenkern“. Damit lässt sich vor einem Update entscheiden, was erneut zu
qualifizieren ist, statt bei jedem Release pauschal die volle Runde zu drehen.
Every entry in the changelog is categorized by the re-validation effort
it triggers — from “purely cosmetic” to “affects the computational core”. That lets
you decide before an update what actually needs re-qualifying, instead of running
the full round for every release.
Traceability-Matrix, Referenzliste und Changelog gehören zum Lieferumfang und
werden auf Anfrage vorab zur Bewertung bereitgestellt. DoEStat ist ein Werkzeug —

The traceability matrix, the reference list and the changelog are part of the
